Welcome to Sodalite Games ("Website," "Site"). This Website is owned and operated by Peridot Pursuits, LLC, dba Sodalite Games ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

By using this Website, you:

  • Agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.

4. ECOMMERCE TERMS

4.1 Orders and Payment

If the Website allows for the purchase of products or services, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. All payments must be made through our approved payment processor(s), and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any orders placed.

We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. Stripe may collect information about customer interactions during checkout (including cookies and IP addresses) to provide services, prevent fraud, and improve its offerings. By completing a purchase, you consent to Stripe’s collection and use of such data in accordance with their Privacy Policy .

4.2 Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product availability, or suspicion of fraud. We may cancel or limit quantities purchased per person or per household at our discretion.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt. During peak seasons, processing may take 3–4 business days. Downloadable products will be delivered via email within 1-2 days of purchase. Pre-orders and backorders for digital products will be fulfilled around the time specified at checkout. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Delivery times vary by region. Please note: we cannot replace packages confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and location. We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. For shipping questions or special requests, please contact us.

4.4 Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by with photos of the damaged product. We will, at our discretion, either (a) issue a refund to your original payment method or (b) send a replacement item. We may request that the damaged product be returned before a refund or replacement is processed.
Unopened games and expansions in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us for the return address.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned product is received and its condition confirmed.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used games and expansions
  • Digital products (including PDFs or downloads)
  • Collectibles (such as sticker packs)
  • Items purchased as part of a bundle or package deal

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and take legal action to recover unpaid amounts.


5. USER ACCOUNTS

5.1 Account Creation

Some features of the Website may require you to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as needed.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

5.4 Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

If you sign up for a subscription service, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on the schedule specified at checkout. You may cancel subscriptions in accordance with the terms outlined in your account settings or by contacting us directly.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content, including text, images, logos, designs, and software, is owned by Company or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Company.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Company is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

8. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including:

  • No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • No warranty that content is accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
  • No responsibility for third-party services, software, or security breaches.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Security breaches, website downtime, or third-party actions.

If liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability shall be limited to $100.00 or the amount paid for Website services in the past three (3) months, whichever is lower.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in Utah Country, Utah.

 

13. SOFTWARE & SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

13.1 Access to Software Services

If the Website provides access to software-as-a-service (SaaS) features, your use of such services is subject to these Terms as well as any additional terms presented during registration or onboarding. Access is granted on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis and may be revoked at any time for violation of these Terms.

13.2 User-Generated Content and Data Storage

If you upload or submit content or data through the software, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that data for the purpose of providing the service. We are not responsible for loss of data due to user actions or failure to maintain backups, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the software is available without interruption, but we do not guarantee uptime or availability. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary outages.

13.4 Security and Privacy

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. Your use of the software is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which outlines our data handling practices.

13.5 Beta Features

We may offer beta or experimental features as part of the software. These features are offered “as-is” and may be modified or removed at any time without notice. Use of beta features is at your own risk.

13.6 Subscription Management and Cancellation

If the software is offered on a subscription basis, billing will recur as specified at the time of sign-up. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through your account settings. Cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

 

14. MISCELLANEOUS

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Company regarding Website use and supersede any prior agreements.

14.2 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14.3 Severability
